Rewards

Sign-up bonus

This card has a lucrative sign-up bonus competitive with the best business cards in its class. You'll get 80,000 points after you spend $5,000 on your card within three months of account opening. The bonus is worth $1,000 if redeemed for travel through the Chase Ultimate Rewards portal, and could be worth $1,260 or more if you transfer the points to an eligible airline or hotel rewards program, based on an analysis of point values by The Balance.

Points

You'll earn 3 points per $1 on $150,000 spent annually on travel, shipping, internet, cable and phone services, and advertising purchases made with social media sites and search engines combined. You will also earn 1 point per $1 spent above the $150,000 cap, as well as on all your other purchases.
This earning proposition is generous. There are some cards that offer higher bonus rewards in popular business spending categories, but their annual fees are $250 or more.
Chase Ultimate Rewards points also never expire, provided you keep your account open.

Cash Back

If you don't travel much or spend money in the other bonus categories, you'll miss out on most of the ongoing value of the Ink Business Preferred℠ Credit Card. The Ink Business Cash℠ Credit Card earns 5% cash back on up to $25,000 a year in combined spending at office supply stores and on internet, cable and phone services; 2% back on up to $25,000 a year in combined spending at gas stations and restaurants; and 1% back on everything else. You also can earn one of the biggest sign-up bonuses on any card with a $0 annual fee: Earn $500 bonus cash back after you spend $3,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening.

Rewards Redemption

One of the main benefits of the Chase Ink Business Preferred Credit Card is the fact that the rewards you earn are so ridiculously flexible. For starters, you have the option to redeem for statement credits at a value of 1 cent per point. Gift cards are normally offered for 1 cent per point as well, but there are occasionally "sales" that let you redeem for gift cards at an even better value.
This is primarily a travel card, though, and you'll usually get your best value by using them for travel: an average of 1.58 cents per point, according to our research. You can redeem points by booking travel directly through the Chase Ultimate Rewards portal and receive 1.25 cents per point (i.e. 80,000 points are worth $1,000 when redeemed for travel).

Business Credit Cards For Bad Credit

Whether you're looking to build credit from scratch or rebuild credit after a bad setback, a secured credit card can be an invaluable tool. Secured cards require you to provide a cash security deposit, usually equal to your credit line. The issuer holds the deposit in case you don't pay your bill; you get the deposit back when you upgrade to a regular "unsecured" card or close the account in good standing. Because the deposit protects the issuer from losing money, secured cards are easier for people with bad credit or no credit to qualify for.

Business Credit Cards For Flat-Rate Rewards

A flat-rate cash back credit card is a great choice for anyone who wants to save big without having to worry about strategic shopping or taking advantage of specific rewards. But some flat-rate cards are better than others.

Signup Bonus Credit Card

The signup bonus — one of the most valuable and coveted credit card features, with the potential to put a huge dent in your spending or help you score free flights and hotel stays. Many rewards cards come with signup bonuses, also known as introductory bonuses or welcome bonuses. These bonus offers can provide a surprising amount of value, with returns on spending ranging from around 20% on average to more than 50% in some cases.

Business Credit Cards For Varied Business Spending

Sometimes you may not know what your business expenses will be from month to month. If that’s your situation, you may like a card with many different bonus categories, or categories that are flexible in some way.

Business Credit Cards For No Annual Fee

Avoiding annual fees on a business credit card can help eliminate the cost of owning a credit card. You should consider using a fee-free card if you own a startup or new business, want to issue free employee credit cards, or don’t need top-tier perks like airport lounge access.
